Email received from the city stating the following:
The zoning grid indicates a minimum of 2 stories and a maximum of 6 stories. The by-law does not prescribe a maximum number of dwellings per story. The future CUS-903 zone allows buildings with 9 or more dwellings as well as multi-family dwellings. There is no prescribed maximum size for the building. However, the building's location will depend on the provisions to be respected regarding setbacks and landscaping (parking standards, planted areas, etc.).

The building must have a mixed use design. In other words, 40% of the ground floor must be occupied by a use other than residential.
Finally, it would be possible to increase the number of floors to eight--rather than the prescribed maximum six--through incentive zoning. The construction project must then be subject to an agreement with the City and include the following:
